By using BuildCalc, you agree to use its estimates responsibly and to verify decisions that affect cost, safety or legal compliance.
Permitted use
You may use the calculators for personal and commercial estimating. You may not disrupt the service, bypass security, scrape it unreasonably or present BuildCalc outputs as certified professional advice.
No professional service
Results are indicative estimates based on information supplied by the user and representative defaults. They are not quotations, structural calculations, installation instructions or confirmation of regulatory compliance.
Availability and changes
We may correct formulas, change defaults, add or remove features, and suspend access for maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, BuildCalc is not responsible for loss arising from inaccurate measurements, unsuitable assumptions, purchasing decisions or failure to follow professional, supplier or regulatory requirements.
